GuideRelay is a Discord service providing moderation, discipline management, stream notifications and social media notifications.
Users and Discord server administrators must use GuideRelay lawfully and in accordance with the rules and terms of the platforms connected to the service.
Discord server administrators are responsible for configuring GuideRelay appropriately, selecting authorised staff roles and ensuring that moderation actions performed through GuideRelay are appropriate for their community.
GuideRelay may store disciplinary records, staff notes and uploaded evidence on behalf of participating Discord servers. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring that information uploaded to GuideRelay is appropriate and lawful.
GuideRelay may connect to services including Twitch, YouTube and TikTok to retrieve publicly available or authorised account information and deliver notifications to Discord.
Availability of these features may depend on third-party APIs, permissions and platform availability.
Users who authorise a social media account may revoke that authorisation or request removal of the connection.
GuideRelay is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be changed, temporarily unavailable or discontinued where required for maintenance, security or changes to third-party services.
GuideRelay must not be used for harassment, unlawful monitoring, unauthorised access, spam or other abusive activity.
These Terms may be updated as GuideRelay develops or as connected platform requirements change.
